OUR RETURN POLICY IS ONLY APPLICABLE FOR DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGE ITEMS THAT CAUSED BY OUR SIDE.
For returns, we only accept exchanges. No refund is allowed.
HOW TO DO RETURNS
- Complaints must be lodged within 7 working days starting exactly on the days customer has received the orders. Kindly reach us via Whatsapp at +019- 747 2120.
- Customer must consult our person in charge by providing your order number, name , adress , details product & reason for return before proceeding with the returns/exchanges.
- Item(s) must be returned within 7 days after receipt of the order together with the RETURN FORM.
- Item(s) must be returned in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition with all tag attached.
- Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer (for exchange items). Shipping cost for the return caused by defective/damage item(s) will be borne by us.
- Exchange will be processed within 7 days after receive of the returned goods.
- Please note that the exchange item(s) are subject to stock availability. (You may exchange to other design with the same or higher price , subject to additional charge of your purchase only)
- Once you send back your items, we assume you agreed to our return policy.
